 Fit For Life offers inclusive and impactful programs designed to promote wellness for all ages and abilities. As a sponsor, you can choose to support us as a General Sponsor, contributing to the overall mission, or as a Program-Specific Sponsor, directly impacting one of our targeted initiatives.

Programs to support

• Otago Fall Prevention: In collaboration with Stony Brook Medicine and Long Island Community Hospital, this program helps seniors reduce falls and improve balance. 
• GiGi's Fit Club for individuals of all ages with Down syndrome.
• Crafty Social: Encouraging creativity and connection for seniors through engaging social activities. 
• KidAbilities for youth, making movement fun and skill-building engaging.
• UniqueAbilities & Rec Night: Enriching programs for young adults with special needs to thrive   socially and physically. 
• MoveAbilities: Specialized fitness designed to support individuals with neurodegenerative conditions and promote neuroplasticity. 
• Mind Over Matter Research Project: this research focuses on the impact of resistance training on neuroplasticity for those with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. 
• FitMind: Focus, Inspire, Thrive. This workshop for teens combines fitness, mindfulness, and team-building activities to encourage self-awareness, positive body image, and stress management through movement, cognitive challenges, and open discussions.
